I was trying to do the carb mod listed in earlier posts but have completely stripped the heads of the screws that hold the carb cover on. They are basically circular now. They are the point now that an impact driver would be useless. I've considered easy-outs but can't seem to find ones that are small enough. I'm thinking about just cutting a straight groove across the top with a saw, slathering the things with wd40 and letting it sit for a day before attacking them again. Does this sound like a bad idea? Also - does anyone know the size of the screw - I'd like to pick up replacements to take the place of the ones I've mangled.
